As an Operations Manager at Major League University, I combine my passion for baseball and my skills in event coordination, video editing, and social media management to create memorable and impactful experiences for aspiring players and coaches. I have over 6 years of full-time experience in team management and organization, and a master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management.Some of my achievements include:Organizing and running baseball camps throughout the United States, handling logistics, schedules, budgets, and staff.Leading the creative direction for all social media content, creating short and long-form videos, graphics, and posting schedules, while utilizing social media analytics to make data-driven decisions for growth. I have helped increase MLU's social media presence and reach by over 100% across multiple platforms in two years.Assisting in all aspects of coaching the UC Davis baseball team as an interim assistant coach, organizing the full fall schedule, planning and running practices, and preparing the team for the 2022 season.I thrive in opportunities where I can apply my attention to detail, communication, and adaptability to plan and execute large projects and operations.
