Assisted in the financial review and forecast of in-progress construction budgets and report findings to project teams and upper management.

• September 2016-November 2017 - Northern Kentucky University Health Innovations Center: Assistant Superintendent on the 2 year 75 million dollar Health Innovations Center and Founder's Hall Renovation for Northern Kentucky University. Initially oversaw structural repairs to the existing facility and then assisted in the MEP BIM coordination process and helped monitor install progress in the field. Responsibility then shifted to managing the coordination of all interior finish trades to push project schedule and ensure quality. • September 2015-September 2016 - Sisters of Charity Bayley Memory Care Addition: Project Engineer on the 1 year 6 million dollar Memory Care Addition to the Bayley Nursing Home owned by the Sisters of Charity. Duties included processing submittals and RFI's, change management and budget oversight, progress and schedule tracking, and MEP BIM coordination. Also assisted in the general coordination of various construction trades. • April 2014-September 2015 - University of Cincinnati Nippert Stadium Renovation: Assistant Superintendent on the two year, 86 million dollar Nippert Stadium Renovation for the University of Cincinnati. Duties included tracking and management of submittals and RFI's, progress tracking of various finish trades, coordination of the 2nd shift site work package, assistance in project closeout and management of all LEED documentation.• June 2012-April 2014 - Cincinnati Public Schools Renovation Program: Worked as a Field Engineer and Assistant Superintendent on the 10 year, one billion dollar Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS) Renovation Program. Responsible for both engineering and superintending roles on several projects within the CPS portfolio. Schools worked on include Aiken HS, AMIS, Silverton, Saylor Park, Walnut Hills, Western Hills, Westwood and Woodford. Was also solely responsible for several demo and site work packages of older schools that were to be removed as part of the renovation program.

• Developed a sense of safety and awareness working at depths of up to 300 feet while on the six mile, 110 million dollar Western Regional Conveyance Tunnel through Boone County, KY. • Coordinated with superintendent and shift foreman on placement of 50,000 lb. sewer pipe. • Reviewed and updated the pipe schedule, then performed quality control analysis and air pressure tests on work in place. • Managed time sheet collection and compiled all daily/weekly reports for monitoring site progress.• Maintained accurate records of material and equipment on site and ensured regular equipment inspections were conducted. • Assisted in project closeout.
