Gulf Coast

Oversee all construction in the Gulf Coast of the United States for Cooling Tower Depot and MasterTech Services. This construction encompasses all repair and new cooling tower errection. These responsibilities include assigning Superintendents and a labor force, 100% ownership of the budget for the errection or repair work, Project Scheduling all task to a completion and implementation with other contractors, handing over to the client a "Good Quality Project" with a 100% sign off, ON TIME, at or BELOW BUDGET.

As the Quality Assurance Engineer have set up the QAQC standards for the company. Worked with all vendors to have them comply in a ISO 9000 arena. Manage the Warranty Department. Project Manage the full scope of different cooling towers throught out the world. Trouble shoot and do performance evaluations in all process arena's.

Have Constructed Potable to non Potable Water Facilities. Field Supervised and Project Managed in the Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Construction Arena. Project Managed 100+ million dollar projects in Oil-Gas Industry, Chemical Plants and CO-GEN Power Plants. Trouble shoot industrial and HVAC cooling needs from mechanical to water chemistry.
