MasTec Advanced Technologies is an organization with many different divisions. The division I worked for was responsible for the installation and service of DirecTV/AT&T home video and security systems. My primary responsibility as Director was to oversee daily operations, manage budget, drive performance and ensure all policies and procedures were adhered to. I was also directly involved with company initiatives including process development, leadership development, compensation structure, incentive programs, inventory management and company policy. My region consisted of 5 facilities throughout the state of Georgia, over 40 support staff and 360 Field Technicians. I directly managed a team of Site Managers, Warehouse Managers, Office Managers, Dispatch Managers and Vendor/Sub Contractor Managers. Additionally, I worked closely with support teams including Safety, Recruiting, Training, Risk Management, Human Resources, Business Intelligence and Supply Chain. I reported to the Regional Vice President.

West Palm Beach, Florida Area

My primary responsibility as Director of Operations was to oversee daily operations, manage expenses, drive performance, profitability and ensure all policies and procedures were adhered to. My region consisted of 3 facilities throughout Palm Beach and St Lucie counties, over 20 support staff and 150 Field Technicians. I directly managed a team of Site Managers, Warehouse Managers, Office Managers, Dispatch Managers and Vendor/Sub Contractor Managers. Additionally, I worked closely with support teams including Safety, Recruiting, Training, Risk Management, Human Resources, Business Intelligence and Supply Chain. West Palm Beach, Florida Area

My primary responsibility as Site Manager was to oversee daily operations for my respective office/location. This included managing a team of Field Supervisors who managed Field Technicians. My objective was to ensure work was performed safely, timely and in a manner that met the quality expectations of our client (DirecTV). I was actively involved with building processes and procedures to better manage staffing needs, PTO, training, productivity, metric performance and profitability.I reported to the Regional Director of Operations
