I have a strong expertise in road freight, new business development, and logistics management, and I enjoy finding innovative and cost-effective solutions for complex challenges. As the Managing Director and Owner of Intersped Logistics, I am proud to lead a talented and diverse team of professionals who share my vision and values of integrity, excellence, and customer satisfaction.I joined Intersped in 1993 as an Apprentice in an Accounts Assistant role and since then, I have progressed through various roles and responsibilities, gaining valuable skills and insights along the way. I became the General Manager in 2001, and in 2004, I bought 40% of the company. In 2011, I acquired the remaining 60%, and since then, I have been responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, financial performance, and operational excellence of the company. I have successfully expanded our client base, increased our revenue, and enhanced our reputation in the market. I have also invested in improving our technology, processes, and systems, to ensure we deliver high-quality and efficient service to our customers.
