Primary Job Responsibilities: • Accountable for managing the overall project execution performance including scope, cost, safety, quality, schedule, implementation, and customer satisfaction. • Prepared project status reports, keep project trackers updated and ensure completed work meet all specifications. • Completed projects within specified timeframes and funding parameters to ensure goals and objectives of projects and deliverables satisfy agreed standards of quality from customers.• Monitored Audit findings and had audit corrections made within the customer’s timeline. • Reviewed Closeout documentation prior to submission to client. • Managed PC/APM COP progress and verified timelines were being met. • Created true ups and captured change orders on all projects. • Acted as a liaison between field personnel, subcontractors & administration. • Maintained and managed subcontractor relationships and provided subcontractors with Purchase Orders prior to work starting. • Assured that work is performed in accordance with project requirements. • Closed jobs after financial review were complete. • Tracked and coordinated material delivery, schedule construction, and drive completion to meet schedule and budget expectations.
