I have served as a member of the Board of Directors of WCF Insurance since 2008. From June 2008 through December 2020, I was President and Chief Executive Officer. From January 2021 through April 30, 2022, I was Chief Executive Officer. WCF Insurance is a regional property and casualty insurance company headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. Some notable accomplishments during my tenure as Chief Executive Officer:• Converted WCF from a Utah quasi-public corporation to a mutual insurance company.• Transitioned from a one-line, one-state carrier to a regional, multi-line insurance company.• Grew total assets from $1.4 billion to $2.5 billion.• Tripled Policyholders’ Equity to $1.2 billion.• Achieved annual success in revenue, profit, and growth objectives in a rapidly evolving environment.• Developed over 750,000 Class A office space in Sandy, Utah.• Focused the Company on community giving and involvement. Recent Company recognitions include: Salt Lake Chamber 2021 Corporate Partner of the Year, Envision Utah’s 2021 Common Good Award, Utah Best Companies to Work For in 2021, Women’s Tech Council 2022 Shatter List, Camp Kostopolus 2021 Children’s Humanitarian Award.
