Directed a team of 14 bank branches, 110 employees, $1B deposits, $60MM personal loans.In both Regional Manager positions, my responsibilities were to: 1. Develop and support a strong needs-based sales environment by observing sales staff and providing feedback, modeling the right behaviors, conducting sales meetings and individual coaching sessions with behavioral action plans.2. Supervise, evaluate, inform, and provide direction to Branch Managers.3. Seek new business from customers and prospects within the community/branch market.4.
