•Lead and manage ZenKey Identity Verification Project for a highly secure identity, and multi-factor customer and workforce authentication product.•Create identity authentication management solutions for ZenKey Mobile app which can be utilized by clients such as Government entities, banks, and Social Media platforms with Carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile).•Implement ID Scanning features to meet NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) AAL, IAL2 & IAL3 standards to deliver a higher level of identity assurance.•Conduct end-to-end Cyber Security solution with third-party data validation to ensure a robust ID validation that ensures customers a seamless and secure onboarding process.•Refine a role-based Security framework. Produce schema designs and operational plans to enforce and maintain identity verification workflows.•Build entire Identity Verification roadmap and host quarterly Program Increment Planning sessions with the ZenKey organization and Carriers (Verzion, AT&T, T-Mobile).•Responsible for improving scalability and efficiency of ZenKey identity verification services by managing and monitoring data analytics via Countly software and performing risk analysis.•Define the KPIs for business performance. Track business performance, identify levers for improving KPIs, and champion necessary initiatives to improve KPIs.
