I create and deliver the solution architecture, roadmap, and best practices to achieve the future state and goals of the client.Currently at IBM, I am a WatsonX Customer Success Architect focusing on data analytics and visualization, AI, LLMs, data lakehouses, AI assisted automation, AI chat and support assistants, RAG use cases, document discovery and retrieval, AI summarization, and AI content generation.My most recent accomplishment:Data and AI Customer Success Architect for an enterprise RAG search solution for a large defense contractor. I developed a trusted relationship with the client that allowed me visibility into their challenges, pain points, and goals. With that knowledge, I identified a use case using IBM WatsonX Orchestrate, AI Assistant, AI Discovery, and WatsonX-AI. I advocated the solution with the client, held executive sponsor discussions, and got approval to begin an MVP. I then worked with the client to deliver a solution architecture, requirements document, and roadmap. Finally, I supported the client through the development process to answer questions and support the project. The result is an expansion use case resulting in over 20 additional deployments, $500k of value, and future use case expansion opportunities exceeding $1M.
