An organizational psychologist by background, my work has provided exceptional opportunities to support companies’ success. Alongside my clients, I’ve drawn from my extensive experience in Continuous Improvement, Change Management, Instructional Design, and Executive Coaching to address complex challenges that result in organizational transformation. Since 2012, I have been working with a premier provider of continuous improvement consulting and training, Lean Sensei International. As program manager, I serve as consultant, coach/trainer, and program developer/innovator.A key driver in my work is supporting individuals bringing their creative potential to their work so their engagement is personally rewarding while benefiting the organization. One of the highlights of my work is assisting companies in creating initiatives that address complex challenges in organizational culture and leadership. These initiatives have resulted in aligned leadership and a continuous improvement culture.With experience across multiple business sectors in Australia, Canada, and the USA, I bring a robust framework of Lean Agile, Design Thinking, Action Learning, and Appreciative Inquiry to facilitate organizational transformation.
