Planned, supervised, and executed numerous undercover operations targeting illegal sale of controlled substances and USG property, such as body armor and night vision to foreign nationals, unauthorized persons and organizations.Conceived and established the first Army Investigative Liaison imbedded with the USAF Investigations in a joint-service, joint-jurisdiction section at Kadena AB, resulting in dramatically improved inoperability and resource management, earning an Air Force Achievement Medal.

Ft. Stewart, Georgia

Managed a section of 12 police officers, 4 heavy armor vehicles, multiple heavy and light weapon platforms, with an additional 3 heavy equipment prime mover vehicles and personnel. Responsible for the personal security of the high valuable assets in a hostile environment, conducting convoy security throughout the Al Anbar Province, Iraq, with concentrations in Ar Ramadi, Fallujah, Baghdad, and Al Asad. Functioned as the Unit Mobility Officer (UMO), responsible for the logistical planning and accountability of the BSTB's equipment to/from Iraq. During redeployment back to the US, conducted customs inspections and searches of all BSTB assets, consisting of over 5,000 personnel and equipment..With the absence of trained police investigation personnel, I was responsible for conducting several felony and misdemeanor investigations to determine if further investigation by other agencies was warranted.

Supervised patrol operations of 8 law enforcement patrols in a community of 25,000 people. Investigated traffic accidents which occur on federal property and in the German community involving US interests. Detection and processing of drunk and impaired drivers; use and carry of assigned pistol; use of unarmed self-defense and subject compliance techniques; use of impact trauma batons and weapons; felony traffic stops; answers emergency calls and complaints involving fire, accidents, robberies and other misdemeanor and felony crimes. Operation of emergency vehicles; transport of violent and compliant subjects; subject and vehicle searches. Coordination with German Polizei during multi-jurisdictional situations; ensure the speedy and complete processing of accident reports; and issuance and processing of Armed Forces traffic tickets. Responsible for the supervision, scheduling, training, and mission deployment of the Mannheim Garrison Force Protection Response Team, which was tasked with being an immediate response to any armed incursions of the base, as well as a heavy weapons reaction force for the Military Police, if needed, due to the absence of a Special Reaction Team (SWAT). Daily activities consisted of random antiterrorism measures, vehicle searches, surveillance, traffic control, vehicle and safety checkpoints, and entry control points.
