Head Of Retail Credit Risk OversightNatwest Group / Royal Bank Of Scotland Group 2012 - Feb 2021Edinburgh, Scotland, United KingdomLeading Retail Credit Risk Oversight & Controls During my time in post I dynamically responded to many changes in market conditions and regulatory expectations, most recently the COVID-19 pandemic and the introduction of measures to support consumers such as extended payment holidays; through close collaboration with UK Finance and rapid development of policies and procedures in line with regulatory frameworks, the Bank managed to successfully steer through all expected adaptations and pivot our offering while ensuring excellence in customer service continued.Another career highlight was leading the process to develop stringent new frameworks in response to the introduction of MCOB and CONC regulations, effectively demonstrating how RBS would meet the requirements from a credit risk perspective.
