• Conducting skills audits and developing training plans;• Draw up training specifications and contracting appropriate training providers;• Workshop the training providers in terms of training project plans and reporting systems;• Manage the training providers in the delivery of the training to ensure compliance with SETA ETQA requirements;• Develop, institutionalize, and maintain a learner information management system (LMIS) to track learner records and achievements at both training provider and implementing agency level• Conduct periodic monitoring visits to project sites to: Monitor theoretical training Monitor workplace training Monitor assessments Monitor and evaluate learning progress Resolve any matters that could be hindering the smooth delivery of the training provision Produce monthly, quarterly and yearly and close out reports;• Facilitate all scheduled payments
