-Serves as community liaison for the 100 Black Men of Atlanta, Inc. /Project Success.-Directs the day-to-day operations of approved programs.-Manages existing and cultivates new relationships with corporate, foundation, public officials and a variety of stakeholders.-Work with the Principal of BEST Academy to provide Wraparound Services to support the mission of the school and organization.-Family Advocate for Project Success Students and families-Work with our College and University Partners to ensure optimal support for our students in Project Success and BEST Academy.-Performs long-term and short-term needs analyses for the organizational programs effectiveness.-Maintains and coordinates contractual agreements with teachers, curriculum developers, trainers, and other professional consultants involved in program implementation.-Coordination of resources of the programs including volunteers and community partners. -Builds internal and external networks of contacts to facilitate accomplishment and goals and maintain visibility for the organization.-Coordinate programs focused on educational enrichment for students in Atlanta Public School System, through our events and our Robotics Lab.

-Worked closely with the Board of Directors to raise $3.5 million for a Capital campaign; initiated directives that resulted in the savings of 25% of annual budgets per year.-Successfully raised 30% of operating dollars for the facility-Managed the daily operations pertaining to program and service delivery and supervised facility and equipment operations. -Prepared annual budgets and directed organizational activities within budget restraints to ensure compliance. -Supervised, trained, and motivated personnel. -Coordinated and promoted programs and services within both the club and the community and held accountability for the direction of fundraising activities and special events.
