This role in summary is the management of all drill/ blast, load and haul activities carried out by the current mining contractor and associated service contractors. The initial scope involved the use of 4 Hitachi 2600 excavators to mine approximately 1.3 million BCM from 4 iron ore open pits on the Southern Middleback Range mining lease. 2 pits have now been completed leaving 1 Hematite pit and 1 Magnetite pit with a monthly mined volume of 600k BCM. In addition 5 x WA900 loaders and 7 x 90t dump trucks are used to load direct shipping ore onto trains, feed the concentrator, ore beneficiation plant and transport various ore types from pit ROM’s and historical low grade dumps to the 3 site crushers. Key responsibilities:• Contract management(mining, drilling and explosives supply)• Routine Internal auditing and inspections to ensure compliance with legislative and OHS requirements• Incident review, action allocation and signoff• Continuous improvement strategies, implementation and review using customer feedback and KPI analysis• Reduce the environmental impacts inherent with open pit mining including but not limited to offsite discharge, dust reduction/elimination and extensive historical waste dump rehabilitation• Risk Assessment creation, contribution and approval• Procedure review and/or modification• Personnel performance management including mentoring, progression and succession planning• Monthly reporting of KPI’s including safety performance, expenditure and physicals• Monthly/3 Monthly mine plan review and approval• Expenditure review and cost reduction strategies, short and long term• SLA/RCA process maintenance

This role in summary is the management of all drill, blast and mining processes including mine scheduling and risk mitigation. Direct reports are 4 Operational Supervisors, 2 Drill & Blast Supervisors a Mining Engineer and a contract driller resulting in a team of approximately 180 personnel to safely drill, blast, load and haul 2-2.5 million tonnes per month. Key responsibilities:• Acting Mine Manager as required• Ensure compliance with the Sustainable Development system and processes • Routine Internal auditing and inspections to ensure compliance with legislative and OHS requirements• Continuous improvement strategies, implementation and review using customer feedback and KPI analysis• Reduce the environmental impacts inherent with open pit mining• Risk Assessment creation, contribution and approval• Procedure review and/or modification• Personnel performance management including mentoring, progression and succession planning• Facilitate a relationship between the Technical Services, Maintenance and operational supervisory team to achieve safe efficient production • Contractor management• Annual budget creation followed by monthly review and allocation• Monthly reporting of KPI’s including safety performance, expenditure and physicals• Planning and implementation of cutback excavation while simultaneously maintaining a safe and efficient traffic management system• Planning and implementation of ore/waste mining to satisfy the mill schedule • Planning and implementation of ore blast excavation to reduce dilution and maintain efficiency

This role in summary is the management of all open cut mining and earthworks at the Phosphate Hill Fertiliser OperationsKey responsibilities:• Compliance with site OHS• Ensuring planned reliability and utilisation of mining equipment to provide consistent ore feed• Financial management including budgets, forecasts, end of month progressive claims and weekly/monthly reports.• Management of the MacMahon Quality Assurance system.Scope of work:• Open cut mining 410,000 bcm per month.• Crusher feed.• Drill and blast• Loading out final product• Gypsum stacking

This role in summary is the management of all MacMahon operations at the M/Brook 2 Open Cut coal mine. Key responsibilities:• Safety and training of the 18 operators, 4 fitters and 3 Supervisors.• Financial management including budgets, forecasts, end of month progressive claims and weekly/monthly reports.• Production scheduling with the MCC Operations Manager.• Maintenance coordination with the MacMahon maintenance Supervisor. • Management of the MacMahon Quality Assurance system.Scope of work:• Load and Haul domestic and export quality coal to the client’s crusher.• Load and Haul Overburden and Inner burden to client specified waste dumps. • Hourly hire of mobile plant.The Muswellbrook 2 project was completed LTI free.Competent in the operation and management of:• 992G FEL• 992C FEL• 988F FEL• WA900 FEL• 330B excavator• 777C/B dump truck• 785-3 dump truck• D11dozer• D10 dozer
