About Ray Spears

During my 30+ years at Ohio National , I was responsible for mortality & morbidity results , setting and adhering to underwriting guidelines , department budget, hiring /training & retaining staff , audit & compliance, vendor relationships, and implementing new innovative processes. I played an active role in treaty negotiations with our reinsurance partners . I am most pleased with the mortality results achieved while at the same time supporting sales growth enjoyed at Ohio National for many years. As a result of the recent corporate restructuring and demutualization I am no longer with Ohio National as of 7/1/2022.
