Offshore Site Manager
CurrentResponsible for managing and coordinating daily SOW operations and driving a multi skilled workforce of 150 personnel to complete pre/post hook-up and commissioning activities including E&I, fabrication and welding, mechanical installations and upgrades on-board FSU Excalibur and FLNG Tango.Participate in first-line inspections to determine final SOWPlan and interpret project requirements after receipt of production order (data package) in order to achieve objectives effectively.Ensure all quality systems, procedures and documentation are in place, up to date and adhered to on the job to ensure quality of workmanshipPlan and organise daily activities per bar chart to ensure the progress of SOW and is monitored and controlled.Shift handover compliance of Sups, QC’s, SO and SM to ensure continuity on all fronts.Coordinate welding, NDT and mechanical activities on both vessels, day & night shifts.Perform welding and mechanical Supervision/Inspection duties on both vessels.Ensure all safety regulations and site safety work permits and file requirements are applied on the job to ensure the wellbeing of offshore personnel.Identify, report and control hazards to avoid damage to equipment, personnel and environment.Supervising of Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities according to approved procedures and issue reports..Support Specialists and Vendors for execution of activities.
