Led the implementation of a new e-commerce platform from Salesforce Commerce Cloud to Shopify Pro. Coordinated the efforts of our development and migration partner, a design firm handling UI/UX re-design, and third-party integration vendors ( including PowerReviews and SearchSpring). In addition to standard project management duties, I developed a comprehensive set of UAT test cases and user training materials that ensured the delivery of high-quality site that met business priorities, and facilitated a smooth transition into the operations of the new site.

Led two large projects consisting of vendors, internal Mazda teams, partner development companies, and Mazda business stakeholders: 1) Migrated Mazda dealer to customer communications from the vendor’s SFDC and Salesforce Marketing cloud instance to Mazda’s Salesforce org. 2) Standing up new instances of SFDC and Salesforce Service Desk to support a new vendor for Mazda Customer Service applications.

Worked as a Lead Business Analyst documenting business requirements for Stanley Black and Decker. This project was their first venture into consumer eCommerce, implementing their German site on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. Led discover sessions culminating in Business and Technical Requirements Documents. Led Agile Sprint development using Microsoft Azure (VSTS).

Managed a multimillion-dollar project that was a resource scheduling application, built on Salesforce Field Service Lightning and an integrated help-desk and ticketing system that was built on Salesforce.com CRM. The new application was custom built for both Fox Sports (Studio, Remote, Post-Production, and Transmissions teams) and Fox Entertainment. Managed User Acceptance testing and user training.

Managed multiple simultaneous mission critical projects, as part of the technical team, leading cross-functional teams. Projects included: eCommerce migration from Shopify to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (including integrations with WMS, Netsuite, Reviews engine), Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM implementation), Salesforce Service Cloud implementation, Mobile Application for product support and added features, and an in-store Sales Kiosk application.

Lead a large-scale (multi-million dollar) Salesforce Commerce Cloud re-platforming project that focused on harnessing the internal promotions engine in order to simplify internal marketing business processes. Full SDLC including training and post release support.
