I consider myself to be a hardworking individual who always puts maximum effort into my work. I’m very passionate about the work that I carry out and strive at all times to support the clients that I work with. I consider myself to be a people’s person who interacts well with people from all backgrounds and my down to earth approach supports me when making contact with new partner agencies or the clients that I work with. I would also consider myself to be a highly motivated person who is very reliable. I’m always striving to improve my work practice and I’m a firm believer that learning is a lifelong process. I am a great team player and always consider other people’s feelings and ideas. I believe that in order to carry out any work load, a person needs to have good organisation and self-management skills, which I feel are one of my greatest attributes. I have worked in support services for a number of years and I am dedicated to working with and helping others. I have considerable experience of working with vulnerable clients and strive to help clients overcome barriers to achieve positive outcomes.
