Developed and implemented an analyst report prioritization tool to ensure the team focuses on the most relevant and impactful analysts. Where deployed, it has resulted in improved utilization of AR, Business Unit and client reference resources, and improved rankings for those reports in which we chose to participate.▪ Take ownership of the Gartner relationship. Working closely with Gartner, identified opportunities for a 10% improvement in how the team utilizes the Gartner contract, resulting in an annual cost savings of $120,000. ▪ Took on the challenge of improving the relationship with Forrester. Historically, the Capgemini-Forrester relationship had been a bit adversarial. Working closely with the Forrester account team and key analysts, showcased the value of a strong relationship between the firms. The result has been better utilization of the Forrester contractual assets, increased use of Forrester analysts as advisors, and a marked increase in the scoring of key Waves (e.g., AI Consultancies Wave).▪ AR lead for AI, Data & Analytics, Energy & Utilities and Life Sciences Business Units.▪ Mentor and sounding board for junior members of the extended AR team.

Coming to HP through the Compaq acquisition, my main challenges were to:▪ Lead effort to integrate the messaging of formerly competing Compaq & HP offerings so combined entity's external positioning was consistent and cohesive.▪ Develop and execute a comprehensive analyst engagement plan targeting key market influencers with the objective of positioning them to be net promoters of HP's integrated PC and Mobility offerings.▪ Develop and execute an executive relationship program pairing HP's senior executive team with influential industry analysts with the goal of structuring mutually beneficial long term relationships.
