Responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Governance and Execution Frameworks for the Westpac Group;Enterprise level project portfolio reporting to the Board and Group Executive Team;Development and implementation of training and accreditation programmes to achieve capability uplift across the project community; and Responsible for the implementation and ongoing system management of the Clarity PPM tool across the Group.

Primarilly managed the Group PMO including all relevant reporting across the Portfolio to the Executive Team and development and QA of key Business Cases.Group PMO responsibilities included day to day management of the Clarity PPM tool and creation of a Centre of Excellence.
