Ray Walsh – Director (Rapawa Civil)Ray has operated Rapawa Civil since 2008 with a significant focus on two main drainage related fields;1. Flood mitigation investigations and detail design solutions for Victorian Councils. These investigations and solutions are based on over fifteen years of experience in flood related investigations primarily at Kingston Council where he oversaw their Flood Mitigation Strategy. At Kingston Council Ray was responsible for taking flood mitigation related projects from the investigation stage, to concept development, to cost vs benefit analysis, through to detailed design. 2. Stormwater Drainage Design for multi-unit developmentsSeveral architectural firms currently recommend all of their clients to Rapawa Civil for completion of drainage designs required to satisfy planning permit conditions. The bulk of this work is located within the eastern and south-eastern suburbs where a good working relationship has been developed with the relevant engineers within the various Councils.
