Ray acts as the liaison between various production and operation units, such as professional division, logistics and manufacturing units etc., and is also responsible to initiate different projects in various countries located in Africa, East Asia and North America.

As district manager, Ray provided supply chain and procurement service of chemical and energy-supply products for end-users, including QinShan CANDU Nuclear Power stations designed by Canadian and HaiYang AP1000 projects in China; The project also required training on specific products relating to the power station units, and therefore to set up a training office in ShangHai.
