Senior Energy Account Executive and Senior Energy Package Broker for for upstream energy clients around the U.S. Managed multiple successful RFP responses, both defensive and offensive, and completed the successful restructuring of a number of clients' programs to better fit their exposures and optimize the premium spend.Heavily involved in the group's broking efforts into the London and domestic markets, leading the effort on multiple accounts. Conceived and authored a subscription market agreement to allow the domestic market to operate in a more uniform and streamlined manner, reducing administration and consequently speeding up turnaround times on the policies where it was deployed.Prepared and delivered educational presentations to colleagues and clients on upstream coverages.

Managed the company's claims process, maintaining the claims database and collecting claims monies.
