Led protest free $300M source selection for classified capability. Developed and piloted open architecture across Air Force’s intelligence enterprise. Tested, built and deployed hyperspectral and SIGINT sensors for MQ-1 Predator and RQ-4 Global Hawk. Led a $38M protest free competition to develop sensor to detect hidden targets; developed sensor designed to provide 24/7 tracking of individuals in cities.
