Work for mechanical components development as ME on critical processes development/optimization/control in molding, CNC, cosmetic treatment(painting/NCVM/pad printing/screen printing), glue dispensing, laser etching, heat staking.2. Co-work with US team and CM for design assessment, DFM review for new part, process and quality. Review/validate/buy off their fixture solution, process/quality/risk assessment, development plan with low risk for quality.3. Give the feedback and analysis to cross function for progress/results/conclusion/solutions to optimize cosmetic/dimension/assembly/reliability issues to build delivery.4. Develop SOPs for process control and quality matters in identification of dimension/cosmetic/reliability. Product spec understanding and breakdown to sub-processes, form a preliminary criteria for cosmetic and dimensions. identify critical process for CTQ.5. Guide and lead CM to do FACA for resolving multiple complex issues, and DOEs guided by 6sigma.6. Identify critical factors impacting efficiency & operation & quality & cost act. and highlight risks to escalate for deploying prevention action.7. Estimate proper process and quality plan and provide suggestions by review DFM/DFQ, and advance trial per product requirement on architecture and function with CM.8. Selecting best condition for on material, consumables, parameters, fixtures and equipment by DOEs at CM, establish CM the qualify system on quality assurance and control.9. Audit and monitor process performance on site regularly for CTQ, operations, quality, conditions, progress and trials in standard for build health.10. Sustaining high stable quality and efficiency.​11. Regular meeting with US team and CM for projects on progress, delivery, bottleneck, quality, improvements, yield, DOE.12. Work on quality matters for process control, review documents/data/report on QCP, SIP, FMEA, MSOP, MTD, measurement FAI & CPK, reliability, yield, MIL, FACA etc.

Responsibility:1. Work on site with CM in building,NPD on (Ok2Tool, OK2Build, OK2send check) and conduct DFX (DFM/ DFA/ DFQ, etc.) on mechanical components to develop key processes CNC/polishing/sandblasting/assembly with quality control plan.2. Process development capabilities to identify key process variables that impact part quality and foundation in Design of Experiments process to effectively drive the process to the optimal parameters.3. Understand critical factors that impact operations in terms of schedule, cost, supply chain, quality, and scalability.4. Guide, lead and review with CM to conduct Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Action implementation.5. Guide and organize CM (Contract Manufacturers) to keep stably high manufacturing yield.6. Work with CM and communicate with Google functions to closure the open issues, keep monitoring CM development processes and meet each build schedule.7. Work on quality activities and management (QCP/DFMEA/PFMEA/Drawing review/MTD/Measurement correlation/GRR/FAI. CPK/Yield/MIL/FACA/CTQ/Reliability/Issues addressing Process control/Data and tolerance analysis etc.) with CM and understand the critical factors that impact production yield, check and guide CM setting up the yield objective and sequentially improve to achieve project objective.8. Maximize the manufacture efficiency.9. Routing audit CM to ensure the process / equipment under well performed condition,10. Regularly summarize work report to stakeholders including build status, top issues, verification solutions, weekly yield trend, production efficiency status (UPPH).11. Primary go-to person for factory technical issue.12. Support sustaining OPM for the PRQ activities, ex. process impacts review before build, proposal review with CM if applicable. Failure analysis, risk highlight during build. 13. Regular meeting with CM, build summary & Lesson Learn.

Responsibility:● Work as a PD leader leading PD team and technology engineer team2.● Lead PDT and co-work with customer team to complete all the product development tasks for each build from P1 to PVT.3.● Lead to evaluate the new structure product project on structure, process technology flow, risk, quality and suggestions, optimize and output DFMs to PD/SDE/Tooling, and discuss with customer team and acquired the approval; summarize the coasts to sales for PRQ.● Lead preparing the OK2 build (DFM, 3D, 2D review, SOP, SIP, QCP, MTD) and OK2 send (OQC report, FAI, CPK, Waiver, FAI CPK review) to customer development team for acquiring approval.● Assist team to meet each build schedule and delivery to FATP.● Lead optimizing the technology process to enhance manufacturing efficiencies and reduce the costs including CT and process.● Plan and execute DOEs of process optimization, CT reduction, key issues improvement, assist quality team to identify, analyze and resolve the key issues impacting dimension, function, cosmetic and assembly for enhancing the yield.● Lead internal team to do the MP cells processes qualification without delayed schedule, prepare qualification reports to customer team and acquire approvals, assist to transition to MP smoothly.● Communication of cross functional between internal team and customer team, write build summary and lesson learn in project document.
