In charge of materials team, production control team, QC team, QA team & logistic team.

1. In charge of Snowboard products, includes boots, helmets, boards, bags, bindings, goggles, protective gears etc.2. Establish the quality system to standardise the quality management process.3. Train suppliers quality team, and lead the quality improvement.4. Audit suppliers internal quality system & optimise the production/quality operation process.5. Work with the product development team & fty on product trial & VA/VE improvement, set up the quality standards for the new styles, helps the bulk production running as smooth as possible.6. Monitoring the testing/certificate in terms of chemical & physical. Insuring the products meet the "Green" requirements from consumer markets.7. Follow up on the market return, work with suppliers for the corrective action plan.

1. In charge of Accessories quality & testing, like bags, headwears, gloves, protective gear, bands towel & belt etc.2. Quality system estiblishment & Test(chemical & physical) requirement set up.3. Lean production optimisation4. Supply Chain Management, Set up the KPI base on QDSC in monitoring & lead the improvement at suppliers.

leading a team in handling the north China fty quality, prdoucts includes leather/fabric handbags, SLG, luggage & belts etc

1) Trained & led production team crew in monitoring the production status at each T1 suppliers, including quality, schedule. Ensure the suppliers meet the expected KPIs, like Quality & OTD etc.2) Co-work with CI(Continuously Improvement) team in leading the Lean activities deployment at the T1 suppliers. Help suppliers to keep improving the production & management efficiency. 3) Co-worked with HSE(Health, Safety & Environmental) team to insure all suppliers operation meet adidas COC.
