At present, I am employed by Denselight Semiconductors Pte Ltd as Senior Director Supply chain. I have more than 15 years of experience as manufacturing beginning with my time at Denselight Semiconductors as Process engineer/ senior manufacturing engineer moving towards promotion as manufacturing manager then now director managing a team of 35 and collaborating with external vendors, facilitating production line technology transfer and maintaining business relationships both locally and internationally.Before moving back to Denselight Semiconductors (POET Technologies) after 4 years of working in Energizer Pte Ltd, Singapore as Operations Engineer. I had the exciting opportunity to work and led the team of around 100 people including 3 specialist, 5 technicians, 2 line leaders and rest operators reporting to me at Energizer, a Singaporean company supplying engineered components, systems and services to the global automated industry. At the engineering office in POET technologies where I moved back after 4 years and where I was based as manufacturing manager, I have organized, established and led new support teams, with subject matter experts, to support manufacturing process improvements.
