Provide guidance to the EPC contractor in developing the commissioning and start-up execution plan, turnover document requirements and commissioning spares management. Developed staffing plan focused on meeting CSU deliverables in the design, fabrication and execution phase. Identify potential CSU execution issues and provide mitigation and/or contingency plans to manage the risk. Primary focal point for CSU interface issues with upstream gas supplier. Develop plans and processes intended to ensure a seamless transition of the facility from Project to Operations. CSU focal point for Operational Readiness Reviews.Oversee and mentor System Engineers to ensure systematic and sequential commissioning/ start-up of plant is achieved safely and on schedule. Liaise with sub-contractors and vendor commissioning support teams to ensure effective execution of their scope of work.
