Security Officer
Plan and prepare shift schedule for security team at RPS centre.Attend weekly meeting with BCU Head to update on staff activity, issues, process improvements & maintenance issues.Security System wellness checks monthly backups, system integrity, patchesRandom spot checks on staffs entering Bureau & high security area. Also items that are to be cleared from RPS-consumables, rubbish, hardware.Liaise with vendors on the rectification of monthly/ quarterly maintenance works for all hardware/ software/ fixtures/ fittings at RPS centre. Includes Maintenance: Level 1, 2 & 3. with TAT set by Head of BCUPerform card access administration-add, delete, modify user & review reports & system change request related to Security.Submission of vendor invoices/PR and billingsMONTHLY TASKSAttend monthly operations meetings among security department.Perform review and implementation of monthly/ quarterly maintenance works for all hardware, software, fixtures fittings at RPS centre.Organize and conduct security training sessions, in-house/external trainings.(For Security & External Guard & RPS Staffs)Submission of Security claims , overtime & staff updatesMonthly assessments & completion of all designated tasks as stipulated inside the VISA/MASTERCARD requirements & Security Department Functional Checklist. Reporting, documentation & policies review.Schedule & perform semi-annual or annual tasks as pre-defined in VISA/MASTERCARD requirementsOrganize and conduct security training sessions, in-house & external trainings.Assist Head of BCU to plan and prepare Manpower Resources Planning (MRP) for security for management review and approval.Involve in planning security systems upgrade, replacements, add-ons, support services & budget planning.To review and update company security policies(SOP) to ensure the preventive measurement is up to date.Assigned as RPS-Business Continuity Manager to coordinate, plan, execute & manage BCP services with customer & internal staff.
