I started working in the Digital Marketing Team headed by the versatile CEO himself. My work at Deevita included website page content, blog articles, social media post content, sales brochures, flyers, case studies, leaflets, posters, standees, press releases, release notes, SOPs, and user guides. Also, I oversaw copy editing of the official documents.As a Technical Content Writer, I created presentations, invitation letters, marketing and festival wish emails, and tutorial videos from scratch. I was responsible for the company’s email marketing and WhatsApp marketing. Also, I posted on social media using stock photos and managed the company's social media handles.I was also a Webmaster. My roles included managing WordPress websites, sending web traffic analysis reports, and managing the Google Search Console web service. Also, I worked in Digital Marketing areas such as on-page SEO and off-page SEO. My tasks included social bookmarking and adding business listings. In addition, I monitored the website's SEO health and website security.I donned the designer cape and designed collaterals including store sign boards and door stickers using Figma. Thanks to my basic editing knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, whenever the designer was unavailable, I made minor corrections on my own. Extending my content writer role, I also designed website sitemaps, provided landing page structures, and structured signup forms. Looking over GoDaddy domain subscription renewals, maintaining DNS records, and managing SSL certificates became a part of my job.I was the go-to person when it came to Digital Marketing in the company. I helped the CEO in terms of suggesting LinkedIn Pulse article topics. I trained a team of old-school folks on company product usage and efficient online tool usage.At a later stage, I moved on to working with the CEO on multiple business fronts, ranging from investor research and product pitch development to prospective collaborations.
