As a placement student at Hesperus Village, an independent living home for seniors, I support residents in their daily activities and work closely with staff to provide a safe, welcoming environment. My role includes assisting with social programs, facilitating engagement, and offering companionship, ensuring that residents have a meaningful, community-centred experience. I also help in connecting residents with services they need but can not access.
