• Work closely with the hiring managers to develop and understand their strategic and tactical hiring needs in India and to understand overall needs of requirements (Job Description, Rate Card, Timing, Role expectations, Notice period etc .• Research and analyze new recruiting technics, tool and sources.• Job posting by using different social media and job portal (Naukri, Indeed).• Handling end to end recruitment cycle from Sourcing – screening, validating resumes, conducting preliminary interviews and salary negotiations at all level which includes fresher to experienced.• Regular maintenance of recruitment data and candidate's resume.• Prepare client reports on regular basis and submit such to the appropriate authority.• Making attendance sheet and salary sheet on excel.• Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments• Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, policies and other HR related documents.• Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate• Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record.
