• Manage Mobile Application Projects as Agile Methodology & Software Projects as CMMI Standard. My Project team typically consists of a multidisciplinary team of 25 to 30 team members.

• Ensure the effective full cycle of testing and acceptance of all services, products, Systems, Software and mobile applications done by testing team.• Interview candidates and provide recommendations to direct line of authority.• Prepare Section’s yearly budget as per the company’s Goal and Corporate Objectives.• Prepare, measure and maintain accurate Section & Individual KPIs on regular basis.• Coach, develop and motivate team members to reach optimum performance and successfully contribute in achieving Corporate, Department and Unit Objectives.• reinforce Corporate Culture and Values and discuss team related issues and concerns.

• Participate in creating and monitoring the execution of test plans.• Conduct root cause of general problems.• Analyze customers’ complaint solution and general problem• Analyze lesson learned and conduct monthly sessions to all testing team member

• Participate in reviewing and Perform full cycle of testing and acceptance to offers, services, products, mobile applications, systems, platforms and any modifications implied.• Organize & translate requirements related to offers info solution architecture designs in coordination with MIS concerned parties. • Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.

• Analyze technical problem root cause analysis and suggest the best solution to avoid any repetition and major technical impact to the customers.• Troubleshoots issues server-side including analyzing & application logs to identify root cause or follow up the solution with concerned parties.
