About Ray Alabern

My role is to help General Managers in our Group succeed. As a Group Leader, together with my Team, I coach them so that they reach their objectives and grow professionally. In Constellation Software we pride ourselves to give autonomy and independence to the companies we acquire. Therefore, my role is that of a coach, someone who transfers our best practices and empowers the GMs in the process of implementing them.
