Mechanical Engineering graduate from Columbia University with a strong focus on Computer Vision, AI, Perception and Robotics. I'm passionate about empowering machines to sense and reason about their surroundings, guiding them toward intelligent decision-making.At Siemens, I've primarily worked on Computer Vision AI for tube vision systems (large-scale classification and segmentation CNNs) and Multi-Agent Path Finding to move tubes around automation systems (search-based and Reinforcement Learning). I have also led a DoD-funded robotics grant for COVID-19, and currently work on using Computer Vision for parts inspection and retrieval, segmentation and tracking. Previously as an intern, I was working on using LiDAR data for real-time object and human detection. I've been involved in all project phases from feasibility/prototyping through production and deployment. Beyond being a hands-on individual contributor, I have experience in IP filing (20 patents), project management, and interacting with key stake holders. I have also supervised multiple PhD and Master’s interns to explore research topics of interest.Shaping the future of healthcare with Siemens: https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/perspectives/ai-in-lab-diagnostics Areas of Interest: R&D, Robotics AI, Computer Vision, Perception, Multi-Agent Path Finding, RLLanguages: Python, C++
