As the Transportation and Warehouse Logistics Leader, I am responsible for on-time delivery of P&G products from all Saudi plants, to over 100 cities in Saudi Arabia, through 3PL parties. Insuring optimal cost of operation on both warehousing and transportation.• Budget management: for P&G’s Transportation and Warehousing in Saudi. Includes Annual budget setting and ensuring actuals are within the budget plan, through monthly budget reviews/ updates. • Project management: continuous application of project management tools to identify and execute cost saving ideas (packaging design, warehouse design, outbound operation, transportation, D&D, etc).Quantifying savings and include them in financial submissions. Monitoring project results on cost, and impact on vehicle fill rates.• Capacity planning: Annual, monthly and daily capacity planning and tracking. With 3PL and outbound operations. Ensuring the different customer requirements are met with most optimal execution.

As a Business Operations Leader, I was mainly accountable for forecast accuracy & bias. As well as building the annual Firm shipment forecast followed by monthly update submissions. I had to develop and maintain deep knowledge of market characteristics for my brands by understanding internal and external drivers. • Maintain knowledge of executions plans for customization and marketing events, throughscheduled touch points with customer and business teams. • Track performance of the execution plans and share insights back with business teams.• Collect Forecast data by gathering market intelligence (from Sales Customer Teams, Sales and Marketing teams), information on future initiatives (from local market initiative planner), and analysis of historical data. • Validate collected forecast data for reasonability, based on historical data, market drivers, and business investment (LOR, incentives, etc). • Translate validated data into clear, specific value-added changes to the forecast.• Provide input for Weekly Demand Control and updating Risk and opportunities during the month.

As a Sales Logistics Leader, I represented P&G externally to the customers, and was the customer voice internally at P&G. Was accountable for developing and tracking the KPI's for 'Service as Measured by Customer'. Building strong relationships with the sales team by understanding commercial needs and opportunities. Working with other functions to optimize the supply chain (Demand forecast, initiatives, transportation lead time, etc), including building distributor capabilities.
