• Plan and manage Production and Materials requirement planning of Jamjoomand ensuring even utilization of resources as far as possible with primeobjective to meet customer requirement.• Release process orders.• Implement and continuously review Purchase and Inventory Policy in linewith business requirement and suggest improvement.• Prepare monthly purchase plan for local packaging materials.• Creating Purchase requisitions for all the local packaging materials.• Liaison with Quality Control for release of Raw & Packaging material.• Help Planning Manager in preparing Agreed Supply Plan (ASP) to meetcustomer requirement.• Responsible for publishing Weekly Production Schedule (WPS) and MonthlyProduction Schedule (MPS).• Create Shortage List for Raw/Packaging materials and continue review ofRaw & Packaging material inventory and receiving.• Balance Inventory & capacity to minimize operating expenses.• Provide support in of use of SAP modules to Supply Chain team as and whenrequired.• Follow up with relevant departments (Production, QA, R&D, Regulatory &Marketing) for the implementation of Variation Approvals.• Follow up with QA / Regulatory & resolve Blocked item codes.• Follow up with QA / Regulatory / Marketing Team for the utilization of OLDpackaging / Finished goods.• Maintain Material master Data for all Inventory items.

• Schedule and Maintain the Raw Material inventory, including receipts & issues, ensure RM inflow to fulfill the demand, monitor receiving and prioritize to insure timely receipt of raw materials.• Develop and maintain a monthly material requirement plan (MRP) to fulfill the monthly productionschedule (MPS) needs of raw material and support.• Coordinate closely with Procurement Department to ensure material availability , inventory levels andidentify areas of improvement.• Work on the associated activities/ practices for introducing new SKUs, improve current ones.• Monitor the MPS changes or modification that may affect inventory of RM , changes are to be reported to adjust the purchases and meet the MPS requirement while preventing shortage or excess material.• Generate related regular based reports to ensure all inventory transactions are updated promptly to reflect accurate stock record.• Monitor and manage excess and obsolete RM inventory levels to best consume them and seek the approval requests of writing off material on regular basis.• Utilize any Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) or IT system that is in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required.• Review the Bills of Materials regularly and communicate closely with the Quality control department to keep an updated record for the MRP calculations.• Monitor and maintain the RM inventory values below the targets sets by the Supply Chain management.• Develop and circulate the related reports to the Supply Chain Team.• Regular contact with Superior to report on progress, seek advice and agree on forward plans.• Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries to avoid any OOS.• Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement.• Issuing PRs based on the requirements.• Managing all the flow of Raw materials from the supplier to the WIP.
