My responsibilities include but not limited to:• Completing daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations, along with research and follow through of unreconciled items, for assigned accounts.• Analyzing and recording all appropriate debit and credit adjustments• Support the Bank Reconciliation Supervisor with information regarding all relevant financial and operating issues• Adhere to established procedures for compliance and efficiency in an effort to reduce outstanding items and bank service charges• Prepare accurate, timely and complete journal information for the recording of reconciling entries to the appropriate accounts• Responsible for the identification, accounting and reporting of information related to the reconciliations performed.• Devote proper attention to informing the Field of discrepancies for timely resolution.• Overseen and Ensuring fund flow daily to all the services to run smoothly accordance to business need.• Bank-GL Reconciliation; ensuring all the collections and payment recording to ERP.• Billing of bank partners (Top-up)• D2D Merchant Reconciliation and settlement• Partner payable management (Revenue sharing)• Report to Management- Cash Position & AR Aging• Month End Reporting (Costing, Rev. from SSLC segment)Reporting: • Yearly performance and achievement of Team FnA & ad hoc basis.• Monitoring financial performance and KPIs, and making data-driven recommendations for new projects (new business plan)• Monitoring stock of talk time verifying the purchase need in accordance with business need.• Monthly PnL report and review meeting of financial position.• Record to account for internal fund transfer, refund and discount disbursement through bank and MFS.

Key responsibilities are involved with the below activities based on Oracle R12 platformAccounts Receivable: (Grameenphone Ltd.)- Preparing Bills for Grameenphone’s Customer and record Collections- Dispute Management- Cash Application- Bank reconciliation- Roaming Accounts Payable: (OTC- Grameenphone Ltd)- Vendor Invoice Management- Recognizing AP transaction in Oracle FnA Platform- Ensuring Tax deduction from source in conjunction with VAT & Tax Team of Grameenphone Ltd.

As the key person to A/R (Accounts Receivable), Records payments to customers' accounts and maintains accounts receivable records by performing the following duties based on Oracle ERP F&A platform: - Preparing Bills for customers- Invoicing - Collections of corresponding bills – Cash Application - Module reconciliation AR vs GL - Taking care of requests for customer refunds. - Netting off (AP-AR), Insignificant Amounts write-offs - Credit and Re-bills - Monitor the A/R aging in conjunction with the bank statement - Initiate appropriate follow-up action on chargeback's and reconciliations - Evaluate whether transactions should be put on hold based on unresolved issues of unauthorized deductions. - Withholding tax calculation and adjustment - Period Closing - Resolving customer’s urgent data request.Also involved in business development excellence by maintaining and provide operational information to the higher authority to Accenture by focusing the client relationship like DPR, Flash Report, Dash Board and different types of government deck reporting.
