• Dealing with 5-20 high important emails daily.• Monitoring more than 200 events daily on building management system (BMS).• Following and registering more than 25 normal and abnormal events in BMS and CMMS daily.• Quality assuring 100-150 work orders daily.• Coordinating maintenance work between contractors and other related parties across 4 stations.• Documenting daily work performed in company logs and on related reports.• Dealing with 20-30 reports weekly.• Achieving more than 95% of quality assuring for reports.• Dealing with incident reports monthly.

• Maximizing network availability and performance by monitoring, troubleshooting, resolving outages and scheduling upgrades.• Monitoring and performing hardware and software upgrades to network servers, including operating systems and applications.• Monitoring and following more than 20 work orders daily by CMMS.• Troubleshooting at least 30 systems and users' issues weekly.

• Creating and following at least 50 work orders and material requests weekly by CMMS.• Monitoring and maintaining at least 15 systems and related issues weekly.• Repairing and replacing equipment as needed.• Assuring and monitoring network stability daily.• Planning installations, additions and upgrades carefully to minimize service user disruptions.• Managing and implementing all new software, systems and solutions.
