- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.

- Negotiating contract renewals, placing bids for new vendors, discussing pricing, and monitoring all aspects of the terms of a contract.- Coordinating with various departments and suppliers to ensure that future organizational needs will be seamlessly met.- Ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and facilities.- Overseeing, directing, monitoring, and allocating tasks to department employees, operations to ensure high quality services.- Scheduling, monitoring and effectively following up on the progress of repair works and renovations for all properties.- Identifying office spaces, warehouses, and other sui able properties while also managing the relocation and move-in process efficiently when required.

- Gathering input from client, as well as compiling and assessing data to convert into measurable output.- Estimating costs, sketching drawings and designs to meet the criteria of the client.- Monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors to ensure alignment with project standards.- Preparing workflow progress reports to be presented to the client.- Ensure that output is aligned to the specifications and safety regulations of Saudi Building Code (SBC).
