-Opening accounts (single, joint and company) in addition to preparing personal loan, car loan, housing loan (ISKAN), credit cards and saving plans.- Promote and sell bank products in order to achieve sales targets. - Develop and maintain relationship with existing and potential target segment and make regular outbound calls to promote product packages and cross sell. - Develop, cultivate and maintain relationship with assigned and walk-in branch customers to promote and sell retail products according to defined sales strategy. - Monitor and follow up regularly all pending issues. - Selling the right product to the right client. - Handle and solve customer complaints. - Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and follow up on customer interactions. - Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

- Balance currency and checks in cash drawers at ends of shifts, and calculate daily transactions. - Cash checks and pay out money.- Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts, and check accuracy of deposit slips.- Transfer (Incoming & Outgoing). - Implementing all kind of fiscal fees (VAT, Income tax, car fees…) - Monitor and refill ATM
