- Develop, execute and maintain marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives.- Ensure all internal and external communication tools are in line with brand/corporate strategy, mission, vision and values. - Provide proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of company products or services.- Collect and analyze Customers' data, preferences and needs, to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. - Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction. - Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies. - Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, and other professionals. - Work on the development of new products that would ensure market lead, and better profits.- Ensure full execution from inception to delivery of exhibitions, promotion, marketing literature, e-mail promotions and items.- Review overall business results on a regular basis.- Keep current on activities regarding market & ensure that trends are incorporated into Formatech business/market development plans- Benchmark competitors; maintain a system of obtaining market intelligence and co-ordinate market research. - Seek and provide information to help Formatech determine their position in the marketplace.
