General Responsibilities- Overseeing the day to day management of the team.- Devising strategies for driving sales growth across the business.- Analyze existing approaches to the development of business and make changes where appropriate.- Set targets for new business development for the teams' managers and executives.- Implement new business initiatives across the new business and sales teams.- Work closely with members of the team to generate new business within large accounts.- Identify sales opportunities as a result of market changes.- Set up meetings with prospective customers to sell the company’s products and services.- Implement sales incentives to drive sales performance within the team.- Form strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their existing networks.- Sett tough but achievable revenue targets for the business development managers.- Negotiate sales contracts with customers and ensure their profitability.- Work with the marketing team to devise marketing materials and tools to support new business teams.- Monitor customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.- Build a list of strategic contacts in the Lebanon telco industry.- Monitor the project delivery phase to identify new business opportunities (contract extension, new mandates, etc.).- Track a sales pipeline and revenue forecast sheet.- Expand market intelligence of the telco market to drive the business forward.- Market research, data management, and CRM- Build short and long term strategies to grow businessBusiness Development- Collaborate with the CEO & COO during Pre-Sales Engagements.- Conduct feasibility studies for new projects (technical evaluation, budget, resources and time).- Support the COO in building commercial proposals sign off new bids.- Identify new business opportunities within existing clients (project extension, new requirements, consulting services, etc.)
