- Manage a team of 4 people working on back-end of mobile applications or standalone products.- Communication with clients from A to Z; Requirements, Analysis, Development, Deployment, Support.- Preparation of client servers (sql installations, iis, .net framework, etc...)- Live deployment of projects, Migration to client servers, database migration.- Work closely with mobile App teams (iOS, Android) to deliver requirements, provide needed API's, and client support.- Final testing of mobile applications before launch or update.- Responsible for Push notification application for mobile apps developed by Apps2you, Push Server Maintenance. - Periodic conferences with commercial department to discuss new App and standalone project ideas.- IVR Services Maintenance, and IVR training for new employees.

- IVR Application development, IVR Server Maintenance.- Manage a team of 1, 2 people working on standalone projects.- Development of standalone projects from Analysis till Deployment and support.- Maintenance of company website, as well as the server hosting it.

- Develop and Maintain Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Systems, for different regional Countries (Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Sudan, etc...)- Create and Analyze reports to enhance user experience on IVR systems.- Develop CMS Websites for different IVR Systems.- Maintain and Support Company Website (www.mt2morrow.com).
