CurrentFulcrum Digital Inc., a leading company in digital solutions, focusing on digital transformation, technology consulting, and engineering services.I am responsible for:- Conducting interviews for new candidates, checking references, and conducting background checks.- Conducting exit interviews to understand and improve employee experience.- Managing the onboarding and offboarding process for associates in the USA and Latin America.- Providing guidance on HR policies.- Employee relations: conducting HR investigations and mediating between leaders and employees to resolve issues and promote a healthy work environment.- Providing support to employees by answering questions and clarifying doubts.- Interacting with the management and employees to enhance work relationships.- Supporting the administration and execution of invoices related to HR activities.- Assisting in Performance Management and Employee Engagement.- Managing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) ADP Workforce to ensure data accuracy and integrity.- Compiling Monthly Personnel Count Reports, covering recruitment data, voluntary and involuntary exits, employee information, among others.Results:- Reduced onboarding time with structured processes.- Increased retention rate.- Improved employee satisfaction.- Minimized internal conflicts.- Enhanced research and indicators for decision-making.
