CurrentPlanned and implemented the Birmingham Neighborhood Stabilization Program, purchased and rehabed 40 units of single-family housing, transferred 31 units to other non-profit agencies to use as rental properties for their clients with incomes at or below 50% of the area median, sold 9 units to low-to-moderate income homebuyers with incomes at or below 120% of the area median, managed JCCEO's Comprehensive Housing Counseling Program under which 581 clients were served with foreclosure prevention and mortgage defaults, pre-purchase counseling, tenant counseling and homelessness counselling.
