Planned and implemented the Birmingham Neighborhood Stabilization Program, purchased and rehabed 40 units of single-family housing, transferred 31 units to other non-profit agencies to use as rental properties for their clients with incomes at or below 50% of the area median, sold 9 units to low-to-moderate income homebuyers with incomes at or below 120% of the area median, managed JCCEO's Comprehensive Housing Counseling Program under which 581 clients were served with foreclosure prevention and mortgage defaults, pre-purchase counseling, tenant counseling and homelessness counselling.

Worked with Community Housing Development Organizations training them in the housing development process, provided both loans and grants to CHDOs for affordable green housing developments; worked with small businesses assisting them in getting loans from Seedco Financial; worked with and provided grant funding for a network of Housing Counseling Agencies in Alabama, Tennessee, Louisiana.
