With an expertise in M2M communication, my current work revolves around the IoT sector specially in the Transportation Domain. The most important achievement/ my company's upgradation, has been to get the constrained devices talk to themselves using wireless technologies such as ZigBee, LoRaWAN and Wifi. This has greatly increased the field of communication, which is no longer constrained by the length of the cables that previously connected these devices. The second upgradation has been to connect these devices to the IoT cloud using services from two different cloud platform for two different projects. Connecting securely to the internet from the devices is most important step that I have led my company to.A graduate from the University of California, Davis MBA program. I have 6 years of experience in semiconductor, industrial automation, IoT projects and IT industry in diverse roles. For the last one year worked in the capacity of a Marketing with NXP Semiconductors, Micron Technology & Broadcom. I have led as Lead Project Engineer and Marketing Strategist for Control Devices; I was ultimately responsible for working with numerous government agencies in fulfilling contracts that install and commission traffic signaling systems at road intersections, as well as maintaining firefighting systems throughout government buildings. In my role as strategist, I opened an advertising department that has seen the revenues of the company grow, close to double.I also have a prior experience working for Infosys Technologies Ltd. as a Systems Engineer and ETL developer for Data Warehouses. During this period I was involved in making a Data repository for a US based pharmaceutical company and in a Data Migration for a UK based major retail brand.I am looking to deepen my knowledge in Marketing and Business Analytics through my MBA education at the University of California, Davis Graduate School of Management, and utilize prior and new skills in a Consulting position.
