Following the acquisition of Coca-Cola Amatil by Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in 2021, my role as a Senior Change Manager was to manage the integration of the two companies, within the Solution Delivery portfolio of Business Process & Technology, which serves 17 countries.

Digital UK supports the UK’s terrestrial TV service and it’s viewers. At the heart of the platform is Freeview - the universally available, free-to-air service watched in three quarter of UK homes.The company provides operational support for the platform and programme management for the 700MHz Clearance Programme, a £550 million cross organisation Programme to reallocate some of the airwaves used by Freeview to mobile services on behalf of the UK Government.I am responsible for leading the viewer support project team with a budget of tens of millions of pounds in the delivery of the UK Government funded 700MHz Clearance Programme’s viewer support service, working across the different delivery organisations (Digital UK, DMSL, Arqiva) and Government (Ofcom and DCMS). In this role I have successfully managed and developed:• Clearance Event Viewer Support planning and Delivery including managing the tracking and measurement of the viewer support service effectiveness, including the monitoring and reporting of KPIs and ensuring the integrity and robustness of operational data• Developed and improved stakeholder management to ensure all stakeholders are represented and informed in all facets of this high level programme• Redesigning and overhauling reports on key information for maximum impact enabling Senior Leadership Management in-depth information at a glance • Governance including chairing the Viewer Support Working Group (VSWG) while representing VSWG at Viewer Support Delivery Group (VSDG), the Infrastructure Delivery Group, and Roll Out Technical Planning Group – ensuring Viewer Support impacts, considerations and requirements are incorporated into the technical workstreams• Tracking and managing spend against the tens of million pounds budgeted, awarded grant funds, ensuring the principle of value for money is upheld in all funded activity.• Key viewer support delivery risks and issues and seeing them through to resolution

As part of the Programme Management Office for the Home Office’s £20m ERP Metis upgrade this role is supporting Home Office, Accenture and Oracle Workstreams and Senior Management to ensure delivery of the programme.

SBS Broadcasting (Europe), Fairfax (Australia), Communicorp (Rep of Ireland and Jordan) I implemented research practices, analysed market research, identified opportunities and risks, developed effective strategies and advised on their implementation. Benefits included increased listenership and revenue BSkyB (UK) I successfully managed the end to end process, lead times and system development to Sky specifications and requirements across their partner site which successfully enabled the capacity to nurture prospects via live chat and proactively contact leads to customise customer journeysLed an efficiency drive at partner site to reduce overspend across business by mapping out and implementing process for the Operational Teams which lead to significant improvements, necessitated a cultural/behavioural change and benefited the business approximately £100,000 over several months

Within this role, I have successfully met with all budgets and deadlines for the acquisition and development of two licences, reporting directly to the company owner. I have delivered all project goals with the return-on-investment achieved two years ahead of schedule and achieved a turnover of €10m with pre-tax profits of €3.6m in under three years. Implementing best practices, I have controlled procedures and schedules, developing effective strategies for the group during consultations for two further stations in the group.

During this period, I successfully acquired one metropolitan and two regional licences for the organisation and delivered content strategies with effective documentation for the Ofcom licence applications for 8 new broadcasting licences across six music and two talk formats in the UK.

I advise Harvey Goldsmith CBE and Sir Bob Geldof's company Ten Alps Productions on the production of ‘Get Your Act Together’, the Big L episode. The show screened to an estimated audience of 4 million viewers on Channel 4 UK, and affiliate stations in March, April and May 2007, repeated in 2009

I successfully designed and implemented the curriculum modules for the ‘Presentation and Production’ course. I also liaised with Regulators and Associations to establish course recognition and managed the day-today technical requirements for studios and on-air IT systems including maintenance and troubleshooting. NBS alumni have become award winning presenters and journalists within the UK media and Internationally.

My role was to establish a virtual network of radio stations based in Premier League football clubs at Chelsea, Southampton, Aston Villa and Derby County. I facilitated the delivery of stations with the effective management of resources which enabled the delivery of match commentary, interviews, and news to over 7 million homes through Sky as well as terrestrial, DAB and online through club websites

I successfully created five market-leading stations across Europe with increased audiences of 300% and revenues of 300% with an established online presence following the rebrand of terrestrial media outlets in Holland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Greece for a major media company in Europe. I also developed and executed a comprehensive digital strategy and business plan for the network.
